Return Policy

Buy it, try it, return it, if not 100% satisfied within the first 10 days, you will receive a refund less activation and S&H fees. OneRate service devices must be return in original working condition.  Additionally, if you buy an upgrade or purchase a product of equal or greater value, we’ll ship the new unit at no additional cost. Please see our Return & Requirements before returning your item.

Warranty Returns

Certain items may only be returned to the manufacturer for warranty related service. In these cases read and follow the manufacturer's warranty policy included with your purchase. Items being returned to, per the manufacturer instructions, within the manufacturer warranty period may be returned for repair or replacement without restocking fees. The customer is responsible for the shipping, handling and insurance fees to return items. Proof of delivery to the Company is required in case of a lost item dispute. Items must be returned before a replacement is provided.

Return Conditions & Requirements

New items may be returned to the address below within 45 days of delivery for a full refund on the product provided the product is in good condition (no torn packaging or scratches), in original packaging, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Items that have been opened are subject a 10% restocking fee. Items that have damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are sold as pre-owned or used are guaranteed to work on delivery and may not be returned whatsoever. Items that are missing parts, damaged or in excess of the 30 day return period cannot be returned for a refund. There will be no refund for any new or used item purchased as part of an exchange involving a previously returned item. In most cases, a store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund when management deems appropriate. It is the customer's responsibility to return items insured and delivery confirmation to the address listed below. Returns should be accompanied by an RMA # which can be obtained by contacting the office at Shipping and handling, activation fees. electronic media products that are not defective (CDs, DVD, video games, software) and services are excluded from the 60 day money back guarantee. Defective electronic media may be returned for an exchange only. There are no refunds on services provided such as subscription, communication or installation services.

Live, Active or Real-Time Vehicle Tracking Systems (herein this policy referred to LTSs)

LTSs that require a monthly service fee and activation fee are subject to cancellation fees and payment of the balance of service fees per the service agreement for the period listed on the product page. In no case will activation fees, installation fees, trip charges for installation or S&H be refunded unless the wrong item was shipped. Refunds will be issued after item(s) are received and inspected. LTSs may not be returned after the 30 day return period if installed, damaged or otherwise not returned in new condition. In some cases, a store credit may be issued in extenuating circumstances.
